Nutritionally, this week was still a bust. Overate, lots of popcorn, blah blah blah… (the tape keeps rolling)
Physically though, it was excellent. Finally finished a full week of a legitimate workout schedule. Hoping the trend continues next week, and that I will clean up my diet back to where I was before.
What I need to do is massive cooking again. That’s what gets me to snacking, I think: when there isn’t something prepared, I grab the easiest thing available.
